About Us

Who We Are

Palato chocolate is a Honduran company specialized in chocolate production, founded in 2007 by Mónica Pedemonte (Chef Moni), who, after completing her studies in the United States, pursued a specialization at the prestigious Mausi Sebess Culinary Arts Institute in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

Our company began by offering catering services for special and corporate clients, featuring a variety of high-quality dishes and pastries — an activity that continues to grow and thrive to this day.
